Tina Schilp, born in Bonn in 1977, studied Theatre Science in Leipzig and Berlin. After her traineeship at a daily newspaper, she worked for many years as a journalist. Since 2018, she has also been writing children's books. Tina Schilp lives with her family in Cologne.

Patrick Fix is a trained graphic designer. After his studies, he earned his living drawing cartoons, inventing company mascots, and creating advertising slogans. Today, he almost exclusively writes and illustrates children's and young adult books. He lives and works near Stuttgart.
