Help, Too Many Owls!

  • Brilliant reading fun for girls AND boys aged 8 and up!
  • Short chapters and lots of pictures: perfect for action lovers and even reluctant readers
  • Hilarious illustrations by Daniela Kohl

Zoa is furious! First her grandmother emigrates to Greece, then Zoa moves to a new city with her parents. It's so unfair! At her new school, Zoa first has to find new friends. Which isn't so easy, because she's suddenly being followed by a bunch of mysterious owls! Zoa loves owls, but these ones are very colourful, very cheeky, very conspicuous. And an owl appearing in her lunch box is really going too far! Before the others in her class start thinking Zoa is a strange bird herself, she urgently needs help. How, pray tell, do you hide TOO MANY MAGICAL OWLS?
Zoa's anger manifests itself in loud or sad, shy or chaotic owls of all shapes and colours. Pretty inconvenient when you're the new kid in class! Untameable emotions are the theme of this book, packaged in a funny way as a chaotic everyday adventure.

Mars-Leo Frei

When Mars-Leo shakes up letters, the most amazing things come out. For example, a new name for the multi-award-winning author Mario Fesler, or books full of suspense, humor, and quirky characters. And if the result is just incomprehensible gibberish—which is usually the case, of course—then he simply shakes again.
