In her dad's old car she sets out on a long trip across the west of the USA. She makes friends with nineteen-year-old Cody, who posts beautiful photos of Sedona on Instagram and who accompanies Alice on her search. And there, on lonely highways, in beautiful national parks and in exciting cities, Alice finds not only herself, but also her first love. They have a whole life ahead of them, and what they make of it is up to them.
