The secret society has a new case for Carla and her friends Jole, Mr Ping, and the pug. Tricksters are up to mischief in town, cheating elderly citizens out of their valuables by pretending to be policemen. Even Marie-Amylee’s grandfather has fallen victim to the scammers! But Carla and Jole are having problems releasing Carla’s superpower, Chamelea. It seems that Carla is not as easily embarrassed anymore – no matter how cringey Jole’s actions are. Julia Christians , ein Harzer Urgestein von 1984, ist aus einem Studium des Kommunikationsdesigns an der Hochschule für Bildende Künste Braunschweig (HBK) 2011 als Diplom-Designerin hervorgegangen und arbeitet seit 2018 als freiberufliche Illustratorin. Sie lebt zusammen mit ihrem Mann, ihren Kindern und der ständigen Frage, ob vier Hunde genug Hunde sind.
