Carla Häfner was born in Braunschweig in 1978 and studied medicine in Göttingen, Boston and Ulm. Today she lives with her husband and three children in Neu-Ulm and works as a doctor and author.
Regine Altegoer
Regine Altegoer grew up in midwest Germany and studied grafic design in Münster with a focus on book illustration. After two and a half years in a large advertising agency in Frankfurt, she became self-employed in 1992 and has since illustrated numerous books for various children's book publisher.
