After moving to a new town, Theo is nervous about his first day at the new school. He is lying awake when he hears a muffled munching noise in his room. He finds a fluffy creature with a mole’s nose and bats’ ears sitting on his bed: the creature tells him that he is a Wisshozzle, and that he can sniff out the wishes of children. A particularly deliciously smelling wish has led him to Theo. But Theo has no idea what this wish could have been! A new T-shirt, lots of ice cream? The Wisshozzle fulfills all Theo’s wishes, but that big delicious one remains a mystery. And the more wishes Theo gets fulfilled, the more chaos breaks out … In the end, it’s a selfless wish that turns out to be the one that attracted the Wisshozzle.
